Class A Fleetwood motorhome which is the bunk house model, sleeps 7-8 maximum, and has seatbelts for 9 passengers. Motorhome was (2) Queen beds, (2) Twin beds, (2) recliners, and a convertible dinette.
Main Living area has two recliners, dinette seating for 4, a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player/Radio. A drop down queen bed with air mattress is above the driver/passenger seats. the TV swivels between the "bedroom" and living area. A curtain can be installed for privacy.
Kitchen features stove with gas cooktop, microwave/hood combo, sink, fridge and ample storage for food. Kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies(pots, pans, utensils), plates, cups, silverware, and a K-Cup coffee machine.
Bunkhouse area has second dinette providing additional seating for 2 or a nice work area, which converts to a bed and overhead bunk. Bunkhouse area also has a 19” TV which can be viewed from dinette or beds. Bunk house area is not private however curtains are available to hang from roof to provide a private sleeping area.
Bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet.
Back bedroom is private with Queen bed, 19” TV and wardrobe with ample storage.

What’s included
* Starting in 2023, our base nightly rate has been reduced however zero miles included with the base rate. Guests will need to purchase a mileage package that is most suitable with their trip. This allows us to keep our nightly rate and mileage charges affordable for all guests, while tailoring your costs to your needs. Please ensure a mileage package is added to your reservation, or all miles will be billed at the excess rate.
* Clean sheets for all beds are provided. Blankets & Towels available for additional fee, see add on section
* Kitchen cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils), plates, cups, and silverware are provided however shall be washed prior to RV return.
* Small selection of basketballs, footballs under the rig for outdoor family time. We kindly ask that all included accessories be returned to their original location prior to return.
* (4) camping chairs are provided for guests to use, along with a 10x10 portable canopy, outdoor rugs, and a portable 2 burner propane cooktop. Guests Can rent additional chairs. Guests will need to supply camping propane bottles for portable propane cooktop.
* We also include basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap, a broom and a pack of RV toilet paper. If additional toilet paper is needed, please ensure it is for RV use.

Things to know
* NO SMOKING, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. A penalty fee of $500 plus the actual professional remediation costs will be assessed.
* Waste tanks must be emptied prior to return or a dump fee of $150 will be assessed.
* RV must be returned cleaned "rental" ready (cleaned & in same condition as picked up in) to avoid a cleaning fee of up to $500 (assessed at $50/hour.).
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.
*Owner will provide information a renter's manual & Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA), by e-mail upon booking. This manual provided instruction for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. SRA is a detailed outline of rules & responsibilities contained here and, in the terms, & conditions, to make sure expectations from both parties are clear.
*Gas refueling fee PLUS fuel costs: $ 50
*Pet fee - if bringing dog. : $ 75
