This home away from home is 38 feet long with 3 slides which create a lot of space for the big family or those that just like the extra elbow room. It has a King master bed, queen pull out couch, drop down dinette that makes a double bed and a Jack Knife Couch that makes a super single or small double bed for kids. There's even room for a queen blow up mattress on the floor if needed! There are 3 flat screen TV's and Satellite dish hookup is available but you'll need bring your own receiver. There's plenty of room in the double door electric or propane refrigerator freezer for those long trips. 2 A/C units keep it cool and electric or propane heat keep it warm. Can deliver within 50 miles and set up at any local campground within 50 miles for an additional cost. We are located off of I-40/I-240 junction in Oklahoma City. There is a KOA campground within a few miles of our location. We also have a two bike rack that plugs into the receiver hitch or a cargo rack if you want to use it. There is also a large automatic awning! Instead of putting your visiting family in a hotel for those special events, you could have this RV set up on your property to keep them close and in comfort. Also great for those OU/OSU tailgating events!
What’s included
Comes fully stocked with linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, portable propane grill and tank, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and a folding outdoor plastic table.
Things to know
Pickup time is after 4pm during the week. Return by 11am on day of return. (Will consider other times depending on availability). Departure brief/training takes about 1 hour depending on your RV experience.
Bring your own pillows and extra blankets, bottled water for drinking/food prep. Whatever you plan to put in the fridge make sure its already frozen or cold. RV fridges are notorious for taking a long time to cool back down if overloaded with warm items and they do not work like or as good as residential units. The onboard 50amp generator will run everything in the RV but at temps above 90 degrees will shut down if overheated which may keep you from running the coach air conditioners while driving on those hot Oklahoma summer days. Everything works fine when hooked up to 30 or 50amp shore power.

Pet fee (Dogs allowed must pre approve) (NO CATS!): $ 10.00 (Per night)
Carpet cleaning penalty fee (If stains are new/present after rental): $ 150.00 (Per night)
