It is fully equipped with a newer 10" foam mattress in the rear full bed, a couch that folds down like a futon, and a dinette that makes into a bed. The fold-down dinette and couch can each sleep 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. It has heat and air as well as a ceiling fan and rear vent.
