We deliver and set up at your reserved location. Perfect experience a step up from tent camping with AC and heating. Camper is equipped with all the basics for an unforgettable camping trip.

Our cozy camper sleeps up to 6 people with 1 King bed- 1 Full bed- 1 dinette that converts to a twin bed - 1 sectional sofa that converts to a twin bed.

Indoor kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, and a sink. Camper was recently repainted and updated with new flooring.

Outdoor set up includes large awning (please advise if you'd prefer this not be setup).

-Fresh linens/pillows/blankets
-Camper set up
- Small grey tank setup for sink use (washing hands, brushing teeth)
- Basic cleaning supplies

Stove inside camper is not to be used to avoid strong smells indoors. Please note this camper does not have a bathroom nor toilet. Camping location will need to include bathroom facilities and water & electric hook-ups. Please enjoy our family camper with gentle care as it is an important part of our family of 3. Absolutely no smoking inside and No Pets allowed.
