Not your typical pop up camper! This beauty draws attention everywhere it goes.
Unlike most popup campers, our E1 is a striking fun color, sits a lot higher off the ground than most popups and has a 84"x24" front cargo storage platform to hold all your gear (200lbs max). And being only 2170 lbs. (dry wt), it can be pulled by many vehicle types. Gross vehicle weight is 3500 lbs. HOWEVER, you are responsible to confirm your vehicle’s towing capabilities.
Sleeps 4-5 total (4 in tent beds and 1 comfortably, maybe 2, depending on if kids or adults in the convertible/fold down dinette).
The E1 has 30 amp electric hookup w/surge protector, 110 adapter (if needed), full-size propane tank (2nd available for rent), fresh water hookup w/20-gal freshwater tank, 6-gal hot water tank and an outdoor shower and an A/C unit for those muggy nights. Porta Potty and privacy tent available for rent if you are not going to a campground that has bathroom facilities.
The E1 is also equipped with a fridge, sink, 2 burner cooktop, freestanding countertop microwave and outdoor tabletop camp stove.
The trailer uses a 7-pin connection and requires a brake controller hard mounted or an app based brake controller. Your vehicle will need 2" receiver and hitch with 2" ball mounted at 20" from the ground. Hitch is also available for rent.
The E1 is a little over 16' long and 5' tall closed and a little over 21' long when open. Interior height when open is approx 6'6".

What’s included
To add to the enjoyment of your camping experience, we have equipped our E1 with basic kitchen utensils (silverware, tongs, spatula), 1 fry pan, 1 sauce pan, 6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 cups, cutting mats, wine/bottle opener, can opener, pot holders and kitchen towels. Also included is no stick cooking spray, paper towels, dish/hand soap, cleaning spray and sponge.
Beds also have 2" memory foam pads with mattress protectors. Linens can be provided (see add ons) or you can bring our own.
Propane usage is paid upon return. $15 for 1/4 tank of less, $20 for 1/4 - 1/2 tank usage, $30 for 1/2 tank + usage.
Pick up times are between 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Drop off times are between 8:00 am - 11:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate the times you need within these windows. However, being that we are not a company and do work, exact times may not alway work out. Early pickups or later drop offs can be accommodated also but would require extra fee of $35 each. See add ons.

Things to know
We allow our E1 to be taken up to 350 miles away in the US only. If there is a specific destination beyond 350 miles, we can discuss and take it case by case. However, we do not allow rentals through the mountains to go out west, down south to TX or FL, etc. Destination needs to be within reason to the 350 miles.
For the comfort of our guests, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside camper.
No tailgating / festivals.
No off-roading is allowed with the camper.
No boondocking unless experienced remote campers.
2 night minimum.
No shoes on beds, please.
When frying/grilling foods or cooking anything that puts out a strong smell, please use the provided outdoor tabletop grill to minimize smells getting trapped in the canvas fabric of the popup camper or potential grease fire.
If overnight lows are 32 degrees or lower, freshwater tanks must be emptied and water hookup disconnected.
Please wipe/wash off hoses, wheel chucks, bottom of containers, table feet, ground mats, etc. before putting things back in the bins and in the camper at the end of your camping adventure.
The $95 cleaning fee covers general cleaning, sanitization and prep prior to rental. The E1 must be returned in condition provided and grey and fresh water tanks emptied to avoid additional cleaning/penalty fees of $150 or dump penalty fee of $50.
Allow approx 45-60 minutes at pick up for a walk around and general tutorial.
