Garry is wonderful to rent from. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong on our trip. The hitch that he had on the trailer didn't fit with the connection on my car. The trailer plugs were incompatible. It was so windy that the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We had a tripped fuse so the battery on the RV was dead by the time we got to the site. Garry was with us every step of the way. He spent hours hunting down a hitch that fit for us, figuring out how to get a trailer plug converter, and texting with me throughout the weekend as I was troubleshooting the battery/pilot light issues. I can't speak to everything the RV had to offer as a result of all of the snafus, but even without the bells and whistles, it was a solid RV and we'd definitely rent from Garry again.
