We truly enjoyed our adventure in this RV. Because we are local, we met with Erika to tour the RV to be sure it was right for us. We loved getting to see it in real life before fully committing. It was exactly as the photos show. It was my husband’s first RV trip & it helped him feel more comfortable with the idea. When we picked up the RV Chuck showed us what to do & how it operated. He was available throughout the trip to troubleshoot any issues as they came up. My children loved the adventure. I had been planning for them to ride in car seats for when we were in motion. They are forward facing and there was not a way to secure their seats (there was not place for the strap that goes over the back of the seat) there were 3 lap belts around the table. (Only one faced forward and could secure a car seat rear facing) After talking to Chuck we opted for the boys to use the lap belts and it worked out great. They are 4 & 6 and on the smaller side. Overall Erika & Chuck were great to work with. I was a bit naive about insurance, and the other charges that add up. However, we made it to 3 National Parks, visited family and made memories that will last a lifetime!! The only thing I would change is how long we stayed in each location, we were too ambitious about going from place to place. In the future, we will stop and stay a bit to get the most out of each campground.
