Wayne and Debra obviously take great pride in Paradise Chateau; from the monogrammed towels, bedding and camp chairs to the very well stocked kitchen and other RV amenities. My wife and I needed a place to stay on Fort Myers Beach to clean up after Hurricane Ian wiped out most of what we owned. As first time RV / boondockers, we had a lot of questions and Wayne was always very quick to respond, even when he was traveling. Highly recommended.

Wayne was a perfect host, great to work with for planning our first rental on Good Sam's. He even saw a problem with the booking fee's and said he was going to correct the problem. The motor home was perfect for our family. Anything you could want was there for your use, well equip. Thanks for helping us make memories for our family.

If you are looking to rent an RV, this is the one you want. Wayne and Debra are gracious and pleasant to work with as well as readily responsive when needed to answer questions or explain the workings of the RV. They are also exceedingly fair and generous regarding the “extras” that other owners add on to the rental price such as mileage and generator/propane use. Paradise Chateau is a charmingly decorated home away from home. It is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed as well as many things we didn't know we would need!
For future trips, we’ll definitely go with Wayne and Debra to travel with the Paradise Chateau!

Wayne is an excellent person and the Motorhome is a reflection of that. It will take a couple of days to realize all the little details that are part of this great RV. Its more like stepping into someones home than a rental. All the small details that become realized as you go make all the difference in the world.
Below is just a few of them.

1. Detailed folder with pictures of where everything is so you don't have to search for items.
2. Extension outlets in great locations to make connections easier for so many needs.
3. Wonderful sheets and blankets all very nice quality and well laid out.
4. A host of labeled linens and other supplies all well located.
5. So many remote controls placed in logical locations to access lighting for compartments and the cabin.
Led lights that make the experience that much nicer.
6. A nice tool bag with supplies of oil, funnel, tire gauge, other assorted things that are helpful. In addition to separate battery operated portable lights.
7. The main bed is very comfortable indeed as is the sofa that fold down into an additional bed.
8. Kitchen is well stocked
9. Bathroom is nicely done and decorated with their unique beach look touch.
10. The RV is nicely decorated in a beach theme and so many little decorations are throughout..
11. Night lights are in the right places.
12. Plenty of hoses for water, a filtered pressure bottle, plastic storage bins throughout keep it all nice and in order.
13. Gen is economical on gas.

Wayne is awesome!

It was our first time renting this amazing "Paradise Chateau" Gem. We were very hesitant and sent the email, Wayne responded right away and answered all our questions and made us feel confident about our new adventure.
Upon picking up the RV Wayne was kind to give us a demonstration on what, where and why in order to have a fun trouble-free experience.
Debra his wife put her love into this RV, a Beach Theme and colorful decor to make you feel welcome and comfortable
(your home away from home feel). From the personal touch monogrammed bedding, towels and camp chairs and more. You have everything available for your needs and relaxation.
The design of this RV is wonderful in space and how it's set up, it is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware set, pots and pan, kitchen appliances, storage container, etc. The mattress is so comfortable, you will have the best night's sleep ever.
My husband Frank was very appreciative of the usage in mileage and generator/propane use, while other owners add a rental price. Overall, we loved and enjoyed this beautiful Paradise Chateau in Key West, it sure was a little Paradise away from the everyday routine.
