I can’t rave more about this experience. It was hands down the best interaction I’ve had renting a trailer or RV.
After having a different reservation cancel on me just one day before our pickup of the travel trailer, Jerry and his crew came to the rescue. I thought we would have to cancel our trip altogether but Jerry confirmed quickly that he could get his trailer ready for us to pickup the next day. (Not many owners on here will do that with 12 hrs notice, let alone 48hrs)
I arrived the next day and the trailer was ready to go. Jerry had it plugged in, cooled down with the AC on, and even had the refrigerator cooled down so we could use it right away. The check out process was fast, simple, and the trailer was outfitted with all stuff you could need. The trailers Jerry rents out (they have a whole fleet) are all nearly brand new and in impeccable condition.
All the way around, you can’t go wrong doing business with Jerry. Super friendly, very personable, and outstanding customer service. I’ll be back to rent again. Thanks again, Jerry! You’re a lifesaver!
