Very nice woman, we were able to call her directly and she answered every time. Was very helpful with the rental process. The trailer was perfect for us and a great deal. We looked around and couldn’t find anything that new at that price. The rental is also pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog on his first camping trip. We had a great rental experience.

This was my first time using this RV rental service and the whole process went smoothly. Jeri Lyn was very helpful and patient since we had to re-arrange some of our gear in the truck when we first arrived. Pick up and drop off times were flexible and Jeri Lyn was always responsive when we reached out with questions.

The trailer was in the same, if not better, condition than advertised and was perfect for a weekend trip to the desert and at a very reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend renting from Jeri Lyn if you are in the Barstow area.
