My rental was Awesome! Norm was very professional and courteous. The camper was extremely clean, and was perfect for our family outing. Norm was also very informational on all of the amenities that were available on the camper and the easy to do operations of the camper itself. Norm was great and eased my mind on the rental process, he was also available if we had any questions. Norm made our Family outing a success and we will be definitely be renting from him again! I received a great amount of helpful advice since we had not ever used a camper before this rental experience. Shu gave me great advice and suggestions about what we may need depending on where we went. Normi showed me all the ins and outs when I picked up the camper, and gave great information on operations, maintenance, and all the connections. The teardrop towable was a bit bigger than I originally planned, so we upgraded the vehicle we used to tow it. The rental was very clean, in great working order, spacious, and comfortable. There is plenty of space for storage, and was great for wandering the open road. The heater was very effective in the chilly November Grand Canyon area, and the amenities within were great for first time camper users. Large capacity for the fresh, grey, and black water tanks was very helpful for boondocking as well. We highly recommend renting from Normi and Shu, and will likely rent from them again. Many thanks!
