Our experience was better than we could have imagined. Robb is responsive and a very nice guy! The Mallard, camper trailer is in excellent condition, it even still smells new! It was an easy hookup and the trailer did very well on the two-hour mountain drive to our campground. It leveled fairly quickly with a few adjustments and the use of the blocks provided. The beds were very comfortable and although we brought our own supplies, the trailer came stocked with all of the essentials.
