Our family has rented numerous times on many different sites throughout the years, we have went to the same place we went to this trip over a dozen times and I can honestly say this is and will forever be out most favorite trip and it was all because of the RV and top notch rental experience. Oh boy, where do I begin?
Kurt is the most sweetest, friendliest, accommodating person we have ever dealt with. From showing us what every button does and how to work them, all the way to supplying our 6 year old daughter with a camping themed coloring table cloth. The RV was spacious, the couches were comfortable and the drop down bed was perfect. Each TV had a Roku set up for endless streaming. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook, the counters has plenty of working room, and the pantry had plenty of space for our food. We fully enjoyed the extra wiggle room in the renovated bathroom, it made showering and using the bathroom so much more convenient in an RV. The bedroom was surprisingly big for having a KING SIZED BED! We absolutely loved having the king sized bed since that is what we are used to having at home, but since it was in a RV, it made it seem so much bigger! This RV was such a breeze to drive, coming from a 29 year old female who has never driven an RV before. We can not wait to take this RV out on another trip!
The GoodSam Customer service was excellent also. They respond quickly and were able to help us add a driver in the matter of moments.

This was our 20th anniversary that we wanted to do something different. So, we decided to rent an RV and go camping in the Smokies. From the first contact with Kurt, he was so pleasant and easy to work with. He made our experience and vacation the best. The RV was clean and included a lot of extras to help with the trip. It fit 7 of us. We truly enjoyed our experience with Kurt and his RV that we will be renting from him again. Thank you so much!!!!!
