We had a wonderful experience! From start to finish the owner was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was flexible with our pickup time and drop off time. He was ready for us and gave us a complete walkthrough of the rental. He showed us and provided us a ball hitch to use (one of my questions prior to picking up). He explained all of the RV features and even checked in while we were on our trip.

The unit itself is very nice. It's a 2021 that has pop out sides for sleeping. The fridge stayed cold and the stove top oven was very convenient for cooking the morning we had rain. Everything was in nice condition and was clean when we arrived. We towed with a Ford f150 and it towed like a dream.

We would reserve this RV again and highly recommend the owner.
