I had a extremely unpleasant experience with the owner's of this RV, and would not recommend to rent from them.
To start off, being that we were coming from California to rent this RV, we encountered traffic on the way there, and had to pick up the RV late as a result. We were given a hard deadline to come pick up this RV from this couple, and when we realized we could not make this deadline, the owners said we had to come pick it up the next day. After much persuasion, we managed to agree to pay them for another night at their requested rate, in order for them to wait another 30 minutes for us to arrive.
Once that happened, we arrived and we inspected the RV. The RV's owners were visibly extremely drunk, and "Steve" the Male owner of the RV verbally threatened us, got up in our faced, yelled and threw a what could best be described as a "tantrum". He also started to argue with his wife who was also there, and equally drunk. This is after we agreed to pay him for another night at their requested rate. The RV was a bit damaged on the interior, covered in dog hair, and stunk like human waste like crazy. Additionally the fridge did not work at all, which was not advertised.
The RV's owners said they dumped the black and gray water tanks, and filled up the fresh water, and propane. None of this was true. We had to dump someone else waste and pay for it at a facility, as the stench was unbearable. We also had to fill the propane and fresh water ourselves.
Not recommendable!!
