This was a horrible rental for us. The interior of the RV was not cleaned well. There was hair in the microwave, hair and dirt in the shower, and the worst part was the bathroom smelled of urine for the entire trip. We have rented RVs many times before and this was definitely not a user error with draining the tank. The toilet seemed to have a leak on the seal causing urine to leak into the surrounding wood panelling around the toilet OR the height of the toilet was too high causing children or shorter people to miss the toilet when using it (looked like some kind of after market add on because the wood by the toilet didn’t match the rest of the bathroom). The owner smelled a bunch of air freshener before we picked it up so it was hard to know this was an issue until we got on the road for a 8day rental. Urine smell was so bad we ended up in hotel for 2 nights with an infant and 2 dogs. Owner took forever to refund us for the hotel and didn’t refund anything else. Why should we pay cleaning fees if we had to re-clean the RV for our trip?!
