John and MaryAnne were both and very helpful and hospitable. Communication was excellent. We were full hookups most of the time, but we did overnight off the grid a couple nights, and managed to support all of our power needs without running the generator due to the solar panels and inverter upgrades John has installed. Fully appointed with nice linens and towels for all the beds. All beds were comfortable, especially the inflating queen that fits into a platform that folds out of the living room couch. My wife and I had so much space and storage in the master bedroom, we felt spoiled. 2 full baths made it more accommodating for 5 adults to stay out of each other's way. 3 smart TV's were all in use at different times, especially the living room TV while we were driving using the satellite, which works while driving. Full size fridge held our food for a week and all the drinks, which cannot be overstated how much of a convenience that was. Power windshield blind, self leveling jacks, convection oven/microwave, coffee maker, excellent hot water, 2 roomy showers, automatic power step, power awning and more. Plus some awesome colored lights in the undercarriage helped us stand out while tailgating. Runs and drives like a dream. Plenty of power in the V-10, and generator started on demand when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from John or rent this excellent RV in the future.
